The weather in Spain for this Saturday, March 13: the minimum temperatures drop

Rains are expected in Galicia, Cantabrian, Navarra and western Pyrenees.

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) foresees for this Saturday weak rainfall in Galiciawhich will arrive at the end of the day in the Bay of Biscay, the extreme north of Navarra and the western Pyrenees, where they can be snowy above 1,200/1,500 metres.

In the Balearic Islands and the rest of the peninsulapredominance of slightly cloudy sky, although in the extreme southeast cloudy intervals are expected, which can leave some weak and isolated precipitation near the eastern Andalusian coast, and in the rest of the northwestern third of the peninsula there will be cloudy skies. In the Canary Islands, the sky will be cloudy in the north and with cloudy intervals in the rest of the islands.

The maximum temperatures will rise in the peninsular northeast, will drop in the south of the Mediterranean area and will remain unchanged in the rest of the country. The minimum will tend to go down, especially in the interior of the peninsula, with weak frosts in much of the interior of the northern half, more intense in the Pyrenees.

The wind will blow from the west component in the north of the peninsula, with strong intervals in the Cantabrian coast and the north coast of Galicia. In the Balearic Islands and the easternmost Mediterranean coast, the wind will roll to the south and southwest, and will blow lightly in the rest, with a predominance of the west component. -BASQUE COUNTRY: slightly cloudy sky, except for some interval of low clouds in the morning, increasing to cloudy in the afternoon, with light rains in the northern half, more intense in Guipúzcoa at the end of the day. Morning mists. Minimum temperatures on the decline, with weak frosts in Álava and maximum temperatures on the rise. Loose wind from the south and southwest that will shift to west and northwest directions at noon with strong intervals on the coast.

-CASTILLA Y LEÓN: in the northwest there will be a cloudy sky, while in the rest there will be little cloudy sky, tending in the second half of the day to a cloudy sky, except in the southern and southeast third. Probability of weak precipitation starting in the afternoon in the northwest and north of the region. Snow level from 1,300 to 1,500 meters. Mists and morning fog banks are not ruled out.
